KV Construction: Three Generations of Ottawa Craftsmanship
Owner Shawn Villeneuve is a third-generation carpenter. His grandfather founded Kathmann Construction in the 1950s, his uncle continued it, and now Shawn carries on the tradition—some client relationships span all three generations.
After earning his Red Seal certification and rising to senior project manager overseeing 300-700 homes, Shawn returned to hands-on work with KV Construction.

Full-Time Presence: While most contractors check sites for 30 minutes daily, Shawn is physically present throughout every project. Problems get solved immediately.
