Previously\, he was Vice-President of Corporate Strategies and Business Development at Hydro-Qu bec. He has also held senior vice-president positions at nergir\, where he was responsible for business development\, renewable energy\, community relations\, corporate strategy and operations.\n\n \n\nMartin holds a Master of Law degree from Universit de Montr al and a Bachelor of Law from Universit du Qu bec Montr al (UQAM). He was called to the Barreau du Qu bec in 1997.
