DESCRIPTION:United Way East Ontario\, Ottawa Board of Trade\, and Ottawa and District Labour Council\, in partnership with Carleton University\, is hosting a head-to-head mayoral debate between Catherine McKenney and Mark Sutcliffe on Thursday\, October 20\, at Carleton University's Dominion-Chalmers Centre.
