DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Common Ground\, a complimentary OBOT member-to-member networking event designed to build a stronger local business community. \n\n \n\nCommon Ground provides space for conversations where business leaders examine areas that SMEs need support\, and brainstorm resources needed to address these gaps. Each conversation throughout the year will focus on a different theme to enable a deep dive into that topic\, allowing the group to identify which resources already exist in our community\, and what opportunities there are for development and collaboration. \n\n \n\nThe Discussion \n\nAn environment supporting mental wellness isn't a "nice to have" for small and mid-sized businesses\, it's a business imperative.
